Despite the pain He is my rock...

You guys its already Wednesday! This week seems to be flying away. It's been a hard morning. I've been in some pain this morning and I had forgotten about some blood tests that I needed to get done today. So, at the last minute I dropped my kids off with their grandparents (who help whenever needed shoutout to grandparents) and got all the things I needed to get done. I kept thinking about this verse today as I felt pain and got busy with last minute things. David wrote this song to praise God for his deliverance. This song is also found in Psalm 18 (read it you won't regret it). I feel like through this whole pain process God has been delivering my mind, thoughts, and actions. Despite the pain He is my Rock. Despite no diagnosis he is my Savior.

If you're going through a hard time today, I encourage you to read this verse over and over if you have to until you believe in your heart that He is your rock. He is to be praised and exalted through the good and the bad times.
